Delivering the Diversity Dividend: a program for the Executive and Senior Management Teams of the South Australian Government

Rodin Genoff and Narelle Hooper, co-authors of New Women, New Men, New Economy, teamed up to support the South Australian government’s gender and diversity program. Together they designed and conducted a workshop with the former Premier of South Australia Jay Wetherill and 200 of his government executives and senior management, from Treasury to Community Services. The event was hosted by IPPA. Results of the workshop informed the government’s gender and diversity policies and programs.

“This was the best workshop I’ve ever attended in my whole time in government,” said Erma Ranieri, South Australian Commissioner for Public Sector Employment.
