Meantime Candice will continue to develop her own projects around circular economy empowerment and her continuing role.

Candice is a tenacious optimist on a mission to create the conditions for life to thrive. She believes in our ability to achieve this through compassionate and innovation led connections. Trained in business and sustainability, Candice has spent her career exploring ways to shift behavioural change to be a force for good in the world. Today Candice coaches, consults, advisors and collaborates with remarkable leaders, who are transforming our world. Over the last decade Candice has specialised in industry-led circular economy projects. In 2010 she founded Circular Economy Australia, a global network of pioneering leaders delivering growth beyond resource dependency. Her work has included 5 years collaborating on a blueprint to disrupt the entire nappy industry. A solution recognised by the World Economic Forum as 'one of the top 5 disruptive technologies', and by Fast Company as 'a world-changing idea'.

Her current project is a UK bases Active Sportswear Ecosystem project to design and innovate 100% fully regenerative sportswear. The intention is to allow athletes to perform at their best, while wearing the products made to be the best for the planet. The project will look to create multiple benefits including job creation, product and contract innovations, gender diversity and effective use of resources.
